Refund Policy

Margot's Remedies sells digital products that are delivered instantly by download.

Change of mind: Because you receive immediate access to the full ebook, we don't offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind after purchase.

Faulty or undelivered files: If your file is faulty, won't open, is incomplete, or you never received your download, please email us at hello@margotsremedies.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We'll send you a working copy or give you a full refund.

Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate order.

Your rights: Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that apply to you.

How refunds are paid: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to process them.
